90 Degree Tube Bend

Stainless steel 90-degree tube bends are used to change the direction of tube runs while maintaining a smooth internal flow path. Compared with segmented elbows, formed tube bends provide a cleaner appearance and can help reduce turbulence and pressure loss in many systems. They’re widely used in stainless tube work where corrosion resistance and a neat finish are important.

This range is supplied in a satin finish and covers common tube sizes across Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, with selected sizes also available as 316 1XR (tight radius). Grade 304 is a popular general-purpose stainless steel for indoor and most outdoor applications. Grade 316 offers improved resistance to chlorides and aggressive environments, making it better suited to wash‑down, marine, and chemical service.

Standard bends are shown as 1.6mm wall thickness. Where listed, availability varies by grade and radius option. The 1XR option refers to a tighter 1 × center line radius bend, useful when space is limited. A separate “Zero Tang” 90° bend is also shown in 304 grade for selected sizes.
